Hype & Hoopla??
Okay, let's recap:
The girl has competed in a total of 19 races to date. Of those 19 races, she has:
- Led the Indy 500 (a first for women, and a rareity for many men as well.)
- Finished 4th in the Indy 500 (another female first)
- Finished 2005 season with 3 poles
- Finished in the top 10 more than 5 times
Now, those are just a few that I can gather off easily. I'm sure there's plenty more that aren't so obvious. So, why wouldn't she be deserving of at least a little press? Considering how much reiterated garbage that clogs up the media now-a-days, a little variety isn't such a bad thing.
So, what do you all think? Hype & Hoopla?

Gave it some thought. I like having the girls race.. it's good because it just brings more sponsorship (win-win) Hillery Will and Erica Enders are doing great for the sport, High school lectures and working with kids. I think if a guy would lecture those kids, he would get some attention but for the most part the girls would look at their shoes.. But have a girl out there giving the lecture and well.. you know.. ;=) Us guy love them good looking hot rod racers.. (j/k).. but I think ya know what I mean..
I enjoy reading your Blog, Thanks for sharing with us!
